Investment Analyst
Jay Tran serves as an Investment Analyst at PlanPILOT, supporting various aspects of investment oversight, manager research, and fund analysis.
Jay graduated from Seattle University with a Master of Science in Finance and has experience across investment research, portfolio management, and market research. While attending Seattle University, Jay served as a Portfolio Manager for the Redhawk Fund, a student-managed endowment portfolio, and participated in both the CFA Institute Ethics Challenge and ACG Cup Northwest, earning first-place finishes in team-based competition settings. Professional interests include manager research, portfolio analysis, and helping organizations make thoughtful long-term investment decisions.
Outside of work, Jay enjoys staying active through fitness activities including hiking, CrossFit, running, and recreational sports, as well as spending time with friends and family.
