Maggie Coll is the Client Services Manager at PlanPILOT and has over a decade of customer service and management experience. Maggie began her career in customer service in the retail industry which grew into a passion to curate outstanding service interactions. Maggie then transitioned into management positions within the customer service industry. Maggie began to develop a model for excellent, client-focused service and began implementing it to her team(s). Maggie is dedicated to building successful client relationships and creating effective service solutions. At PlanPILOT she has brought this knowledge and passion in order to provide that high level of service to our clients.

Maggie holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design from Columbia College Chicago. When not at work, she enjoys domestic and world travel, photography, digital art, reading and enjoying nature.
