Brad Sieniawski
Senior Consultant
Brad Sieniawski serves as a Senior Consultant for PlanPILOT and has been working with qualified retirement plans for over 15 years. He brings his in-depth experience to the not-for-profit and tax-exempt space, focusing on the retirement needs of PlanPILOT’s clients, specifically education institutions (k-12/higher education), healthcare, governmental, religious and charitable/philanthropic organizations. His key areas of expertise include investment oversight, plan governance, plan design, fee & expense negotiation, and vendor relations.
Before joining the PlanPILOT team, Brad began his career as an investment and retirement plan consultant at a Top 10 publicly-traded accounting and retirement plan consulting firm. Most notably in his 16 year tenure, Brad oversaw the National Not-for-Profit Marketplace on behalf of the Retirement & Investment practice helping to grow the firm’s footprint in the not-for-profit industry through speaking engagements, industry conferences and recordkeeper/vendor advisory councils on behalf of clients. Brad also maintained seats on the industry’s top Consultant Advisory Council’s representing the firm and prioritizing retirement plan client needs
Brad played 3 seasons of NCAA Division 1 Men’s Lacrosse and was named a Captain at Providence College. After numerous knee surgeries, he transferred and finished with a Bachelor of Science in Finance from John Carroll University. In 2019, Brad was recognized by the National Association of Plan Advisors as one of the “Top 100 Retirement Plan Advisors under 40 (NAPA Ace).” When he’s not serving clients and/or attending the next industry conference, Brad is an avid outdoorman and enjoys tinkering on classic cars. His wife Jenn and their two kids can be found on the boat, seated right next to him in search of the next best fishing spot.
